Trip Rates
- Prices
do not include park's $2.00 per car parking fee.
- Prices
do not include 7% sales tax.
- 10% discount
on non-holiday weekdays for Seniors (55 or older), AAA members,
or active military. Please let us know when you check in
that you are eligible for a discount.

Tandem canoe or kayak
2-Hours - Trips 1, 2, or 3: $49.00
per
tandem (2 paddlers)
4-Hours - Trips 4 or 5: $59.00 per tandem (2 paddlers)
6-Hours - Trip 6: $69.00 per tandem (2
paddlers)
Some tandem canoes are large enough to accommodate center
passengers as follows:
under 12 (2 center passengers maximum):

12 - 17 (1 center passenger maximum):
$8.00
18 or older (1 center passenger maximum):
$12.00
Solo kayak
2-Hours - Trips 1, 2, or 3: $46
4-Hours - Trips 4 or 5: $51
6-Hours - Trip 6: $56
- Allow
extra time on self-guided, downstream trips for wildlife
viewing or picnicking at no extra charge. Last pickup is
5:00 p.m. NO exceptions.
- Paddling
times are approximate and will vary according to paddlers'
skill, weather, and water conditions.
- For
your protection, we reserve the right to cancel or alter
trips because of inclement weather, high water, or river
conditions.
- Fishing
on the river is permitted, however, a fishing license is
required.
- Dress
for the weather. Bring plenty of water and perhaps snacks

Hour: $15.00 per
tandem (2 paddlers)
2nd Hour: $10.00 per tandem (2 paddlers)
Each additional Hour: $5.00 per tandem (2 paddlers)

are a flat rate not hourly)
Solo kayak
1st Hour: $14.00

Hourly rentals MUST be back to the landing by 5:00 p.m.
NO exceptions.
- Remember,
it will take you approximately 1 1/2 times as long to
paddle back up river as it did to paddle down.

Shuttle Rates For Canoe/Kayak Owners

back to John B. Sargeant Park and river map is included
in shuttle rate.

Shuttle service for Trips 1 through 6 is $29.00
Save $5
on your shuttle by bringing someone to rent a boat for a self-guided,
downstream trip at the same time we are shuttling yours. The
shuttle discount is one to one. One discounted shuttle per
one self-guided, downstream boat rental. Examples: 2 shuttles/
1 rental = one full price shuttle, one discounted shuttle,
one self-guided, downstream boat rental. 2 shuttles/2 rentals
= two discounted shuttles, two self-guided, downstream boat
rentals.
If you are paddling
two solo, plastic kayaks that can be loaded on our trailer
on one bar, each kayak will receive a $5
discount. Please let us know at check in.
($5 discounts
may not be combined for a larger discount.)
