Coming from the north (Ocala, Gainesville): Take I-75 south to
Exit 265 (Fowler Avenue) As you exit, the exit divides into east and west.
Choose East. Go east on Fowler Avenue to the first traffic light at U.S.
301. Turn left onto U.S. 301 North. John B. Sargeant Park will be 4 miles
on your left. Canoe Escape is located in John B. Sargeant Park. (The park
charges a $2.00 per car parking fee.)
Coming from the south (Sarasota): Take I-75 north to Exit 265 (Fowler
Avenue). Exit to your right (east). Go east on Fowler Avenue to the first
traffic light at U.S. 301. Turn left onto U.S. 301 North. John B. Sargeant
Park will be 4 miles on your left. Canoe Escape is located in John B.
Sargeant Park. (The park charges a $2.00 per car parking fee.)
Coming from the east (DisneyWorld): Take I-4 west to Exit 9 (I-75)
Go north on I-75 to Exit 265 (Fowler Avenue). Exit to your right (east).
Go east on Fowler Avenue to the first traffic light at U.S. 301. Turn
left onto U.S. 301 North. John B. Sargeant Park will be 4 miles on your
left. Canoe Escape is located in John B. Sargeant Park. (The park charges
a $2.00 per car parking fee.)
Coming from the west (St. Petersburg, Clearwater): Take I-275 north
to downtown Tampa where I-275 intersects with I-4. Take I-4 east to Exit
9 (I-75). Go north on I-75 to Exit 265 (Fowler Avenue). Exit to your right
(east). Go east on Fowler Avenue to the first traffic light at U.S. 301.
Turn left onto U.S. 301 North. John B. Sargeant Park will be 4 miles on
your left. Canoe Escape is located in John B. Sargeant Park. (The park
charges a $2.00 per car parking fee.)

Hours of operation:
Open daily at 9:00 a.m.
Last downstream trips starts at 2:00 p.m. Latest pickup is at 5:00
p.m. Last hourly rental is at 3:30 p.m. Must be back at park by 5:00 p.m.
Reservations are strongly recommended to assure trip, time, and boat availability.
